Effect of Ethical Climate on Employee Green Behavior through Moderated Mediation Mechanism

Abstract
 Purpose– This study aims to investigate the impact of organizational climate on green behavior employees working at hospitality sector Pakistan. further examines moderated mediation ethical leadership and employee empowerment.
 Methodology/ approach/ design- Data was collected, using research instrument, from 422 managers in For testing hypothesis, Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) used.
 Findings – The findings this show that has a significant employees’ behavior. Additionally, results also empowerment partially mediates relationship between their Furthermore, moderates Research Limitations/ future implications- implications for Pakistan establishing importance improving behavior.
 Value/ originality- contributes existing body knowledge by examining mediating role moderating effect determining sector.
